Eli Joseb is our Asset Manager based in New York, currently managing the Sapir Headquarters at 261 Madison Avenue and its sister property at 260 Madison Ave. Eli started his career in Asset Management for Cushman & Wakefield, where he honed his managerial skills that would prove to be successful in developing relationships with some of the largest Landlords in the City. Having joined the Sapir Organization in 2010, Eli brought strong leadership, team building, effective communication, and negotiating strategies. He has emphasized life safety as his paramount responsibility and strives to maintain an effective working relationship with our Tenants, as is evidenced by our high Tenant retention rate. Over the years, Eli has overseen many Sapir properties' repositioning and capital projects, including 260/261 Madison, the Nomo Soho, 11 Madison Avenue, and 100 Church St. He has an RPA from BOMA and a BA from Baruch College.
