Eddie Greenberg is the Chief Development Officer for the Sapir Organization. Mr. Greenberg leads all project design and construction efforts across the portfolio. Mr. Greenberg has over a decade of real estate development experience. Before joining Sapir in 2021, Mr. Greenberg successfully oversaw the development of numerous projects in New York City, Miami, and Las Vegas, including the Edition Hotel in Times Square, the Park Lane Hotel renovation, a condominium in the West Village of Manhattan at 150 Charles Street, and a condominium in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan at 10 Madison Square West. Mr. Greenberg received a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University.
