CIM/The Sapir Organization enlisted STUDIOS’ help to design a new lobby and amenity spaces at 11 Madison Avenue for their new anchor tenant SONY, whose offices were also designed by STUDIOS. The building occupies the entire block from 24th Street to 25th Street and from Madison Avenue to Park Avenue South. The building was designed in the 1920s by architects Harvey Wiley Corbett and D. Everett Waid and completed in three phases between 1932 and 1950.
