TRUMP SOHO™ NEW YORK TO BEGIN CLOSINGS
NEW YORK - May 7, 2010 - Trump SoHo™ New York is a joint venture among The Sapir Organization, Bayrock Group, L.L.C. and an affiliate of the Trump Organization. The attorney for the sponsors, Jay A. Neveloff, partner, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, stated, "The offering plan for Trump SoHo has just been declared effective. Closings at the luxury Downtown hotel condominium can commence."
The first luxury hotel condominium in Downtown Manhattan opened on April 9, 2010 and is being managed by the Trump Hotel Collection.
